In accordance with a January 26, 2010 memorandum from the Director of State Operations, a video recording of the Commission's public meeting will be available on the Commission's website within two business days after the meeting, instead of live webcasting. To insure that the recording will be accessible to individuals with disabilities, pending approval of the public meeting minutes, the Commission will post draft minutes along with the recording and, upon request, the Commission will also make a transcript of the meeting available.
